Shipping is included in the cost of your purchase.

When will my portrait arrive?

Hairloom Pet Portraits are custom-made, one-of-a-kind artworks. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a hair collection kit in the mail. Following the return of your hair collection kit and supply of the images of your pet, work will begin on your portraits. Delivery can be expected in 2-3 weeks. I will keep you updated on the progress of your portrait.

 

Shipping times

Once your portrait is complete, you can expect to receive it as follows:

- Australian orders: within 1-3 days

- International orders (outside of Australia): within 5-10 business days.
